So, the employees in the same field and company can have completely different responses to the same job.

Although the question is not very clear, I am assuming it is asking how my current position can be affected by the above variables so I decide to stay there as a long-term employee?
Depending on the environment an employee is working at all the above factors can have a significant influence on an employee or intern’s decision to stay in that job position. For instance, in a capitalistic economic system where governments do not directly provide social benefits for the citizens (Jessop, 2002), all the above variables would play a significant role in an intern’s decision to take the job as long-term. On the other hand, in other countries that are practicing a mixed system (modern capitalism) the government would provide healthcare, education, and many other benefits such as retirement, housing, and pensions for the citizens for a significant discount (Sørensen, 1998).
Therefore, it seems for a country such as the United States, interns would take into consideration all those factors, and many of them such as salary, safety hazards, and stress levels remain to be the top priorities.

I think activities that keep you doing stuff are very interesting, I do not like activities where each step I do I need to consult with somebody or get the approval of multiple people because then it takes you so long to get things done!
