There is no guidelines is just how this questionnaire are helpful in choosing the career based on my results. Also I am attaching example. Each card has one aspect of a possible ideal job. An “ideal job” is defined as “the kind of job you would most like to have.” You then need to distribute the 20 cards into 5 columns (each column containing 4 of the cards). Column 5 includes those 4 cards which include the aspects of a job which are MOST IMPORTANT to you. Column 4 includes those 4 cards which include the aspects of a job that are2nd MOST IMPORTANT to you. Column 3 contains cards 3rd most important, Column 2 contains cards 4th most important, and Column 1 contains cards LEAST important. It is critical for accurate scoring that the cards are entered into the appropriate column in this manner.It is important not to “overthink” your responses as this can reduce validity. When I did this personally I found it helpful to take a large sheet of paper and create the headings of “Column 5 – MOST IMPORTANT, Column 4, Column 3, Column 2, and Column 1 – LEAST IMPORTANT. Then read all 20 cards, and quickly distribute them into the five columns so that you can view the cards in their selected columns. Quickly review your work and make any necessary adjustments (without overthinking). Once this is completed take some scotch tape and tape each card onto the paper so that the cards stay in their assigned columns pending scoring. Again, it it critical that Column 5 be the items that are MOST important to you an in ideal job and Column 1 be the items that are LEAST important.I will provide instructions for scoring, but I wanted to get you started without any information about the scoring process in order to avoid bias.
