The Coca-Cola Bottling Company is one of the leading manufacturing and Distributing
soft drink Company in the world. The main goal of the company is to the global beverage
manufacturer, and leader in human rights preservation and sustainability. This project will be
developed and submitted to the project sponsor for approval. The project plan will include: scope
statement; schedule; cost estimate; budget; and provisions for scope, resource, schedule,
communications, quality, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management as well as project
control. The project will determine whether the company should expand its global outreach.
Product Description
Coca-Cola Bottling Company manufactures and distributes numerous products, all of
them being non-alcoholic. It manufactures soft drinks, fizzy drinks, and water drinks. The
company has distributors in most parts of the world. Hence it aims to reach to all parts of the
world. Coca Cola’s greatest competitor is PepsiCo, (PEP) which manufactures and distributes the
same products.
The proposed research will be carried out in four countries, one on Africa, one in Asia
