Recall the theory you may have put into practice, the opportunities for evidence-based practice you may have observed, and the opportunities for nurse executives to improve health outcomes.  This final journal entry allows you to again actively analyze a problem, issue, or situation you have observed in practicum and ultimately turn to the process of reflecting on what you have learned about yourself as a scholar-practitioner.
