Would the ethical implication be something like. The nursing code of ethics states you should do no harm to your patient. If you use the “five rights” when administering medication, it should decrease the chance of an error. even if a nurse get to know their patients, without checking 2 patient identifiers, you could give medication to the wrong patient. Am I on the right track?
