Part I:
Post a working bibliography (list of references) using APA format into the assignments folder with at least 4-5 scholarly sources. See note below about acceptable sources. For each reference, write 2-3 sentences in your own words that summarize the main point(s) of the source. Do not use quotations. Summaries that are not in your own words will not be graded.
Part II:
Experiential Paper : Compose a 750-1000 word paper detailing the individual experience of administering 2 alcohol screening tools. The student will conduct a mock interview with a friend or family member using two of the following tools: Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test, T-ACE, and/or Michigan Alcohol Screening Test.
Students will briefly describe the tools and describe their experience administering each tool including both the strengths, weaknesses, challenges with administering the tool, and suggestions to improve the tools.
Part III:
Post an outline of your social media campaign proposal paper. (10 points)
The outline should shape how to would like to organize your paper in the most sensible way. Here are a few bullets to help guide you:
I. Rationale for Selecting your population (The problem/issue with alcohol use among your target group)
II. Identify the social media platform that best works for your population and state why
III. What Evidenced based program will you model your program after from the literature
IV. Types of messaging and components you will use for your campaign
V. How you plan to measure the program success (i.e. web hits, number of likes, number of shares, overall impact on the target population.

Part IV:
Develop a social media campaign to bring awareness to hazardous alcohol consumption and/or alcohol abuse among a determined target population.
Define the problem among the target population
Research and gather data and statistics on alcohol use among the target population
Identify evidence-based practices used for the target population (See EBP matrix attachment).
Identify a social media platform for the campaign (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and describe the rationale for the platform
Develop health promotional strategies targeted for the population
Describe how you plan to monitor the success of your campaign.
